MOTO Z builds digital systems for automobile dealers and auto-adjacent businesses in India — including dealership websites, inventory tools, CRM and lead pipelines, WhatsApp marketing, creatives, advertising support, after-sales workflows, and analytics under products such as DRIVE, CRM, BOOST, CREATIVE, LEADS, and 360.

This policy covers the marketing website at moto-z.com, our public blog, and the ways people contact us for business (WhatsApp, phone, and email). It does not replace a separate client agreement for systems we build or operate for a dealership.

We may collect:

• Contact details you share when you message us on WhatsApp, call +91 84948 11812, or email hello.motoz@gmail.com — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the content of your enquiry.
• Business context you voluntarily provide (for example inventory challenges, lead sources, or which product you’re interested in).

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp terms and privacy practices. Phone and email conversations are handled by our team for sales and delivery only. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-ups at any time; we may still retain records needed for an active project or legal requirement.

When MOTO Z builds or supports a website, CRM, inventory tool, WhatsApp workflow, or related system for a client, that dealership typically remains the controller of its customer and vehicle data. How that data is collected, stored, and shared is defined in the relevant project or service agreement and any platform settings the client chooses — not solely by this website privacy policy.

We use trusted service providers to run the site and related operations (for example hosting, content delivery, and file storage). They process data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer — with appropriate safeguards where applicable.

The public site may use essential cookies or similar technology required for security, load balancing, and basic operation. The admin area uses a session cookie for authentication. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels on the marketing site. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or controls.

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond, deliver work, and meet business or legal needs, then deleted or archived according to our internal practices. Technical logs are retained for shorter operational windows unless a security review requires longer retention.

Depending on applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for optional processing.
