These Terms of Use apply when you browse or interact with the MOTO Z website, blog, and related public materials. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

MOTO Z provides digital systems and related services for automobile dealers and auto-adjacent businesses in India — websites, inventory, CRM, WhatsApp marketing, creatives, ads, after-sales workflows, and analytics.

Product names (DRIVE, CRM, BOOST, CREATIVE, LEADS, 360), service clusters, industry lists, and blog articles describe what we offer and how we think. They are marketing and editorial content, not a binding proposal, quotation, or service-level agreement.

Actual scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, data handling, and support for a project are set only in a separate written agreement, proposal, or confirmed commercial message between MOTO Z and the client.

Primary contact channels are WhatsApp and phone (+91 84948 11812), with email at hello.motoz@gmail.com. Starting a chat or call does not create a paid engagement until both sides confirm commercial terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you send us about your business.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to admin areas, or interfere with hosting, security, or availability
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial site content for competing commercial use without permission
• Use our contact channels to send spam, malware, or unlawful content
• Impersonate MOTO Z, claim partnership with vehicle OEMs we have not announced, or invent testimonials or metrics attributed to us

Site design, copy, brand marks (including the MOTO Z name and Signal identity), code motifs, and original graphics are owned by MOTO Z or our licensors. You may view and share links for legitimate business evaluation. You may not use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

Client project work (for example a dealership website or CRM configuration) is governed by the IP terms in that project’s agreement.

Links to WhatsApp, phone diallers, email clients, or other platforms open tools we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for those platforms’ availability or policies.

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Business outcomes from adopting digital systems depend on many factors outside our sole control (market conditions, team execution, ad spend, OEM rules, and more).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOTO Z is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its public content. For paid client work, liability is limited as stated in the governing commercial agreement.

We may update these terms as the business or site changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website, subject to any different venue agreed in a client contract.
